Hello Merlin, I was browsing through the internet looking for sites where I can find a VENUS FLY TRAP here in the Philippines.
May I ask where you got yours and how much it costs? How have they been adapting to your climate?
I've no experience with growing plants, but I've always been fascinated by these when I was young. Incidentally, would you happen to be selling some as well? I'm planning to grow them here at home (Las Pinas).
hi nico, got my vft's in different places (HK, UK, AU). Locally, puentespina orchids (waling) in manila seedling sometimes import carnivorous plants to resell including flytraps. but i do not recommend growing this specie in manila, unless you can control your growing conditions to mimic temperate environment. what i do recommend are nepenthes.
I'm one of the few who has a Venus Flytrap in the Philippines. Just came in yesterday straight from the U.K. by means of shoe.
